Anniversary Dinner 2016

The Glenview Women’s Club announced it’s $10,000 Backyard Makeover Raffle winner last night at a cocktail reception at Café Lucci.
Member Dana Russo Koster of Glenview was the big winner!
Her amazing prize package included $2,500 in new lawn furniture from HOBO, $2,000 landscape design from Keri Williams, $2,500 towards hardscape and labor from Standard Lumber and Mike Ziegler of USA Living Environments, $1,250 by the lovely members of The Glenview Women’s Club, $500 in mulch by The Mulch Center!
And when it is all completed, Dana will have an opportunity to show it all off with a party in her new backyard with $750 in catering services by UNO MAS and a special appearance by singer Antonio Duca donated by Joanne Boufis. The fundraiser raised over $10,000 in ticket sales from this one campaign.
A big thank you to everyone that bought a ticket and that donated the amazing pieces of the prize package!
This is all very good news for the charities that benefit from these events!

The celebration continued with the annual anniversary dinner where 11 women were recognized for their participation and achievement within the organization.
The recipients included Keri Mangold, Nancy Taylor, Diana Endo, Millie Campo, Sarah Berto, Stephanie Hoffman, Janis Duncan, Josephine Wang, Brenda Arends, Jessica Erickson and Jenny Larson
They all won an invitation to an appreciation party at the new 10 Friends Blow Dry & Style House generously donated by this new business in support of our club.
